Audiences Yorkshire recognise that work placements are very important for the creative and cultural sector. For too many talented people, getting a start in these industries is very hard, and sometimes impossible. Audiences Yorkshire is working hard to open up access routes into the sector and encouraging talent to break through, with investment in their skills, knowledge and understanding.

Over the last year we have invested heavily in our work placement offer, designing a flexible and varied placement to meet the needs of individuals wanting to pursue a career in arts marketing.
