Catering Every stand will be supplied with mineral water and hot beverages will be freely available throughout the day to all exhibitors. Following feedback and suggestions from previous exhibitors we will be serving a packed lunch between 12.00pm and 2.00pm. Your lunch vouchers will be included in your welcome pack on your stand. Please remember to inform us of any special dietary requirements by Wednesday 20th October 2010. Two lunches are included in the cost of your stand. You can book additional lunches (£8 plus VAT) in advance by emailing m.l.dexter@sheffield.ac.uk. A limited number of extras are available on the day; please speak to your stand helper. Alternatively, plenty of additional catering facilities are available nearby. Note: If you have more than one stand representative please stagger your lunch breaks to ensure full coverage at your stand and to ease congestion in the lunch area. |
