The Student Fair Guide - various, see below
With a print run of 2500, the Student Fair Guide is distributed to every visitor on the day.  Place your full colour (A5) advert in the guide for maximum exposure both during and after the fair.

The Floor Plan - £150.00
Place your logo on this essential document, handed out to every visitor on the day, as well as on the convenient 'You are here' signs, located around the venue.

Posters - £400.00 
Place your logo on c1,000 A4 and A3 posters, distributed to all departments at the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University, as well as our regional mail shot to institutions throughout Yorkshire.  This option also includes your logo on the large-format posters produced for publicity at Sheffield Supertram stops, reaching a wide audience of students and graduates.

Banners - £200.00
Place your logo on the 3metre banners that hang in heavy footfall areas at the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University for a period of 3 weeks prior to the Fair date.

The Fair Website - £150.00
Place an online advert (150 pixels wide by 300 pixels high) on the Fair homepage and exhibitor list category pages.  Adverts can be placed from September 2010 and will remain on the site until Summer 2011; the site receives in this time over 50,000 visitors (2009/10 data).

Email to pre-registered visitors - £150.00
Every visitor that pre-registers for the fair receives a confirmation email.  Sponsor this email and include your company name, 25 words and a hotlink to your website.

Event Clothing Sponsorship - £600.00
An exclusive option allowing you to place your logo (embroidered) on the event clothing worn by staff and students working at the Fair, and on the clothing worn by our Fair Promoters who will be out on all three campuses a week before the event takes place. 

Careers Fair Bus - £150.00
Three shuttle buses will operate from 10am until 4pm on the day of the Fair, bringing students from Sheffield Hallam University's city campus and collegiate campus to the Fair.  Sponsor the careers fair bus and we will place your logo on all of the shuttle buses, using full colour van magnets.  Your logo will also be placed on the bus stop signs around campus.  This is a great opportunity to get your logo driven around Sheffield, reaching not only students and graduates at the two institutions but many other people as well.

Student Feedback Form - choice of:

• Place your logo on the Student Feedback Form - £100.00
  These will be completed by visitors during the day.
• Promote a prize draw on the Student Feedback Form - £200.00
  This option includes your logo on the form, details of the prize draw competition, plus an entry form allowing you to capture contact details.  Administration of the prize draw is to be undertaken by the sponsoring organisation, including the provision of a prize.
