We know that recruitment budgets are tight, that's why we review our stand packages every year to ensure that our fairs are accessible and cost-effective.

Last year, we saved you money by removing the shell scheme system from our event (reducing stands to £650.00 plus VAT).  This year, following feedback from several exhibitors, we have reinstated the shell scheme system.  This has resulted in a small price increase, however, using the shell scheme system does ensure that every exhibitor has their own contained space, complete with electric sockets and spotlight lighting.  Furthermore, we have continued to keep our overall costs as low as possible, allowing us to keep stand prices below those of 2008.

There are three stand options available to you, these are:

• 3m x 2m stand - £795.00 plus VAT -
• 4m x 2m stand - £895.00 plus VAT
• Premium-positioned 4m x 2m stand - £995.00 plus VAT

 All of the stands include the following as standard:

• A shell scheme stand, consisting of white foamex panels and blue fascia with stand number and name sign.
• An electrical package, consisting of 1 x 500w socket and 2 x 60w spotlights.
• Stand furniture, including table, tablecloth and chairs.
• A welcome pack on arrival.
• Lunch and refreshments throughout the day for two representatives. (Additional lunches can be booked at £8.00 per head).
• 1 car park space.
• Your exhibitor profile in the Student Fair Guide
• A listing on the floor plan.
• An online exhibitor profile, including:
  - an overview of your organisation and the opportunities that you are
    recruiting into;
  - a dedicated video page;
  - a dedicated frequently asked questions page;
  - a hotlink to your website;
  - plus, if you upload your vacancies onto the University of Sheffield
    and/or Sheffield Hallam University online vacancy systems,
    we will highlight these within your online fair profile.

More for your money

If you attend both the Engineering, Science & IT, and the Business & Finance Fair, then you will receive a 15% discount on the stand price.  This makes a 3m x 2m stand only £675.75, a total of £1351.50 plus VAT for the two days.  Please book your stands as normal; the 15% discount will be deducted once both booking forms have been received.
