Graduate Opportunities

Chemists will be given immediate project responsibilities in a laboratory environment. Providing effective business solutions presents a significant challenge and from this foundation you may progress within technical, production or sales teams.

The chemical engineer’s role combines all aspects of the profession - from basic research through practical solutions to plant commissioning. You will manage projects and teams from the outset and be expected to accept responsibility quickly. Engineering, project management, production or more general site management roles are open to you.

For those seeking a more commercial career, we offer the rotational development programme. You will typically spend six to nine months each in research and development, production and sales and marketing, and will work in at least two businesses and at several locations. Alternatively you can undertake three Technical or Production biased rotations. After this time you can expect a position with significant responsibilities.
