Graduate Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for both Trainee Merchandisers and Trainee Buyers.

As a Trainee Merchandiser, you’ll be working closely with our buyers, designers and global suppliers to plan new ranges and analyse sales information and product trends from previous seasons. All with an aim to maximise sales and profitability, while minimising the risk of surplus and loss-making stock. Along with plenty of initiative, it’s a role that calls for a real head for figures and strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Our Trainee Buyers work alongside designers and technologists to identify new product trends and, in liaison with our merchandisers, help to maximize sales and achieve profit targets. Join them, and you’ll be involved in cost negotiation with global suppliers, while presenting your ranges to product directors and managers. It’s all about developing stylish, quality products at competitive prices, which reflect the needs of our customers. So a love of fashion, along with good communication and negotiation skills, will be important.
