The successful applicant will be a hard-working team player who has natural communication & conversational skills, confidence, enthusiasm, tenacity and a positive attitude. They will have a strong appetite for success and will want to continuously push themselves to achieve much more than a standard graduate job, and achieve a consequent income which is significantly higher than their peers.
The principal duties of the position will involve personally engaging in in-depth research, company mapping, head-hunting, interviewing, and utilising developed networking streams to identify and introduce the most promising candidates for our Clients.

The position offers a really interesting, varied, exciting, testing role, within an attractive working environment, leading to qualification in a highly lucrative profession. Upon completion of 12 months training to full consultant status, earnings of £40,000+ in the first year will be achievable, although there is potential to earn significantly more (the company's top performer earns over £130,000).
