Undergraduate Opportunities

Undergraduates can apply to the University Air Squadron each year at Freshers. The Squadron allows access to the RAF through Flying, Adventure and Personal Development Training.

Entry Requirements: Most Officer roles require 5 GCSEs including English and Maths and 2 'A' levels. Professional roles such as Engineering and Medical Officer require relevant degrees. Five year UK residency is mandatory and jobs are open only to UK and Commonwealth citizens. Health issues such as asthma and migraine may be a barrier to application.
