Entry Requirements: We seek graduates in any discipline who have a strong desire to pursue a career in general management. A driving licence is essential.
Start Date: May to September 2010
Location: The positions will primarily be based in one of 12 Areas across the UK. You will be linked to a home branch and will carry out placements in other branches. In addition, you are likely to be based at our head office in Oxford for up to 6 months during the head office phase of the programme along with attending central training events.
Salary Range: Competitive salary and company car.
