Graduate Opportunities
Rolls-Royce offers two structured graduate training programmes: Leadership Development and Professional Excellence. Both are available in a range of disciplines, encompassing Engineering, Commercial, Customer Management, Finance, HR, Manufacturing Leadership, Project Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
The Leadership Development Programme is about finding and nurturing future leaders, developing world-class business leadership skills as well as specific professional competence.
The Professional Excellence Programme is about becoming a recognised authority in a particular field, providing opportunities to develop specialist skills and knowledge alongside leading professionals.
All programmes provide an established career development process, and are appropriately accredited, with most leading to recognised professional qualifications.

Undergraduate Opportunities
Internships are available in most business areas, either as a 10 week placement during the summer holiday, or as a 6-12 month programme arranged to meet a mandatory part of a university course or to provide substantial professional work experience. We sponsor our graduates to gain chartered status with the relevant organisations to their discipline.
