Catering

Every stand will be supplied with mineral water and hot beverages will be freely available throughout the day to all exhibitors.

Following feedback and suggestions from previous exhibitors we will be providing money vouchers that can be used in various outlets in the Students' Union. Your lunch vouchers will be included in your welcome pack on your stand.  

Two lunches are included in the cost of your stand. You can book additional lunches prior to the day by emailing m.l.dexter@sheffield.ac.uk.  The cost is £8.50 plus VAT, which includes refreshments throughouth the day.

Note: If you have more than one stand representative please stagger your lunch breaks to ensure full coverage at your stand and to ease congestion in the lunch area.
