Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times throughout the Fair; they also give you access to free hot drinks thoughout the day!
Your badges will be located in the welcome pack on your stand on the day of the fair.
In order for the organisers to prepare these badges you must ensure that the names of the representatives who will be attending the fair are supplied to us. You can submit these details online at the same time as completing your Exhibitor Profile, or you can email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that your representative names have been emailed or submitted online by the 18th October 2012.
Any member of your organisation who is visiting the fair and not actually manning the stand should be registered as a visitor.
