There are four stand packages to choose from; see floor plan to the right (click to enlarge).

• Economy package -
  This includes a 2.5m x 2m stand suitable for organisations with pop-up banners, see the green stands.
• Standard package -
  This includes a 3m x 2m stand suitable for organisations with a 3m wide banner display, see the black stands.
• Enhanced package -
  This includes a 4m x 2m stand suitable for organisations with a larger banner display, see the blue stands.
• Premium package -
  This includes a 4m x 2m stand located at the front of the hall and providing maximum exposure, see the orange stands.

Please note: we only have a limited number of stands for job boards and agencies.

 All of the stands include the following as standard:

• A shell scheme stand, consisting of foamex panels and fascia with stand number and name sign.
• An electrical package, consisting of 1 x 500w socket and fluorescent lighting.
• Stand furniture, including table, tablecloth and chairs.
• A welcome pack on arrival.
• Lunch and refreshments throughout the day for two representatives. (Additional refreshment packages can be booked at £8.50 per head).
• 1 car park space.

• A listing on the floor plan.
• An online exhibitor profile, including:
  - an overview of your organisation;
  - a detailed vacancy page, which we will also promote on the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University online systems;
  - a dedicated video page;
  - a dedicated frequently asked questions page;
  - a hotlink to your website;

More for your money

If you attend both the Business & Finance Fair and the Engineering, Science & IT Fair, then you will receive a 15% discount on the total stand price.  This makes a 2.5m x 2m stand only £590.75, a total of £1181.50 plus VAT for the two days.  Please book your stands as normal; the 15% discount will be deducted once both booking forms have been received.
