Sponsorship - £200 + VAT

As the sponsor of the Summer Experience Fair you will receive a  unique package of publicity that starts in January when the fair commences running until 4th May, when the fair finishes.

Your company name and logo will be displayed on all of the following, including text of your choice for the email options:

• Online Advert - see below
• Flyers and Posters - see below
• Email to all University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam students, promoting The Summer Experience Fair with feature on sponsor
• 2 x Registered student emails - dates of your choice including bi line and logo from sponsor
• Stand at one of the Summer Experience campus events

Full value of this package for individual items would cost £355 + VAT, that's a saving of over £150!

Online Advert £100

Want to be first on our students' list of prospective employers.  Use an online advert and your name and logo will feature on our key pages, with a link direct to your profile or your website. An eye catching advert will stand out over the long list of employers.  

With over 2000 registered users in Summer 2011 and more than 5000 unique visitors to the website, an online web advert will ensure that your company is seen every time a visitor enters the fair.

Advert size should be 300 (h) x150 (w) pixels.

Flyers & Posters £50

With a print run of 10,000 flyers and 300 posters, your company will become associated on campus with summer work experience.  Flyering and posters will be circulated constantly for the duration of the fair (February - May).

Posters are circulated in individual departments as well as the main social student areas.

Flyers are delivered to student residences and handed out over lunch periods in busy student walk through areas.

Student Emails £50 

In 2011, over 300 students registered to receive email updates in the first two days. By the end of the fair emails were being sent to all 2361 registered users of the fair. Regular email alerts are sent to students to inform them of new vacancies, campus activities and new employers who book onto the fair.  If you would like a message along with your company name logo and a direct link to your website then please contact l.h.cooper@sheffield.ac.uk.
