Submitting Artwork This information is for exhibitors who have booked additional advertising. Please send all artwork by email to Michelle Dexter - m.l.dexter@sheffield.ac.uk Here is a list of the artwork specifications that we require from you:
ARTWORK FOR THE STUDENT FAIR GUIDE:
Page dimensions: A5 portrait, 148mm wide x 210mm high. Please add a 3mm bleed to all sides if you require the advert to run to the edge of the page. Format: Please send full colour artwork in a pdf file (with all fonts embedded). Deadline: Friday 17th February 2012 ARTWORK FOR THE FAIR WEBSITE: Size: 150 pixels wide x 300 pixels high. Format: Please send artwork as a .gif (can be animated), .jpg, or .png file. Maximum file size is 20KB. URL Link: Please include a url link with your file. Deadline: There is no deadline, the sooner we receive your artwork the sooner it will be viewable.
